Pricing
Plans are priced by incidents a month. An incident is one recorded hitch, jitter, stall or error. Heartbeats, which draw the timeline, are free on every plan.

What counts
- Incidents count against the monthly quota. Once it is reached, new incidents are refused until the month turns. Heartbeats still land, so the timeline keeps drawing.
- Raw records expire after the retention period. Counts per cause are kept for as long as the project exists.
- Changing plans takes effect at once, from the billing page. Downgrading clamps retention to the new ceiling.
